I have been to Mishkan for many reasons – retreat prayer days, life group and hospitality too. I would heartily recommend the retreat prayer days as a staple in anyone’s calendar. At the beginning of the year I felt that I needed to come aside to a quiet place and rest awhile with the Lord. I was feeling tired and in need of some replenishment, I desperately wanted a word of direction from God. When Mary mentioned a Mishkan retreat day on Facebook I thought that this was just what I need.

It was a very special day, stress free, space to chill out and soak in God’s presence. Mary provided a lovely home-made lunch with warm fellowship with others around the table. Prophetic ministry was offered for those who wanted to avail of this which I did.

Wonderful team and atmosphere, highly recommended for those who need to recharge batteries and meet with God. It was a very powerful time in a non-threatening supportive environment. Many thanks to Mary and the wonderful team!! (Linda)

I booked in for an overnight to have a quiet day. I found a very warm welcome and great hospitality. Mary is a great cook and my dietary needs were catered for. Gluten free. Mary and her husband were out on a conference so I had the use of the downstairs lounge and prayer room which helped me to spend time with God. House is in a nice area and near a lovely park and walks. Would recommend it if you want time away from the busyness of life. (Jo)
